Northern Area Of Pakistan May Be Shangri-la Of Health

How would you like to live in a land where cancer is unknown, everyone has perfect vision and people can still enjoy life at the age of 100?

A land such as this may sound like the setting for a fairy tale, but it does exist. The inhabitants of Hunza, a remote valley in the mountain passes of northern Pakistan, are known for their overall healthy well-being.

Experts on Hunza, such as Renee Taylor, author of "Hunza Health Secrets for Long Life and Happiness," report that the Hunzukuts don't experience health concerns like ulcers, appendicitis and gout, and they enjoy longevity.

"In Hunza, people manage to live to over 100 years of age in perfect mental and physical health - men of 90 are new fathers and women of 50 still conceive," said Taylor.

According to Ancient Remedies Inc., a manufacturer of products with natural ingredients, studies show that these health benefits are due to herbs that the Hunzukuts have made a staple in their everyday diet. In a study of 25 Hunza men between the ages of 90 and 110, reported in the American Heart Journal, not a single participant showed signs of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

But even though the Hunzukuts have been enjoying good health for about 2,000 years, it's not necessary to travel to Pakistan to experience these same great benefits. Some all-natural supplements in the U.S., such as Ciatra, contain many of the same herbs found in the region.

Made by Ancient Remedies, Ciatra comprises the most

popular herbs found in Hunza, including ashwagandha, shulajit, saffron and kauchabeej. As an answer to degenerative disease for men, this supplement also is a natural remedy for sexual dysfunction and helps reduce stress and increase energy. Ciatra does not cause any dangerous side effects, according to the company.
